Vedic traditions have continuing till date in India more or less, whether we are aware of it or not .

Vedic traditions have continuing till date in India more or less, whether we are aware of it or not .

Why and How ?
India followed Primogeniture nature in Ruling system since very early . The best example is Ramchandra ji . Primogeniture means - The right of succession belonging to first born child .
That's why we see none or so less blood shed when next generation took over ruling power in history of Hindu India .
It was brocken by barbarian Moghals and turk Invaders , when Successors had siblings . Best visible in Aurangjeb taking over throne by imprisoning his Father and killing brutally coverdly and conspirately his Elder brother Dara Shikoh, and other two brothers .
But Indian muslims whether in Pakistan or in India follow that Primogeniture culture at social cultural and family level .
Because most of them are converted Muslims, so they might be persuing other activities as per Islamic laws but they couldn't abondon this culture .
From which source this culture comes from ?
It comes from vedic tradition and Itihas books like Mahabharat and Ramayan .
I will like to give only few examples.

Father is heaven , father is Dharma and father is greatest Tapa . If father becomes happy , all Dieties become happy .

माता गरीयसी यच्च तेनैताम् मन्यते जनः।
ज्येष्ठो भ्राता पितृसमो मृते पितरि भारत ।।
महाभारत - अनुशासन पर्व 105.16
Bharatnandan ( son of bharat )! The pride of mother is greatest , so people respect her especially. But after death of father, elder brother should be considered as father .

These books were taught in India's gurukuls till 1830 , before Maukaley's education was laid down on Indians .

So oral tradition have been able to carry forward it for 200 years .

But I don't know how long it will continue in the era of blinded persuation of West .
